Any defect can be associable to various causes depending on circumstances.
The following references show typical examples of trouble shooting. Please use as an additional guidance to solve problems.
Automatic Pressure Control system is not working correctly,
1. Check if inlet sensor fitted to inlet of scrubbing compartment is operating normally.
2. Check if the sensor to detect rotational state of conveyor roller is functioned correctly.
The board slides during scrubbing
1. Check if rotating metal (resin metal) at both ends of holding roller is abraded away.
2. Check if conveyor drive chain is stretched or loosen. (MDS-* * * F)
3. Check if bearing of conveyor roller is not damaged.
4. Check if bearing of back-up roller is not damaged.
Timing of scrubbing pressure control system is off.
1. Check if inlet sensor at inlet of scrubbing layer operates normally.
2. Check if the sensor to detect rotational state of conveyor roller is functioned correctly.
3. Check if the board slides
Sandpaper out of Position Error occurred. (Belt sander)
1. Check if sensor for paper is functioned correctly.
2. Check if oscillation cylinder is operating normally.
3. Check if bearing of tension roller is damaged.
(Check if any backlash in tension roller)
The board is obliqued during scrubbing
1. Check if rotating metal (resin metal) at both ends of holding roller is abraded away.
2. Check if holding roller is abraded away.
3. Check if the surface of conveyor belt is adhesive.
(Periodical replacement is required. It should be reviewed including replacement.)
Noise from main spindle part is increasing.

1. Check if lubricating oil of main spindle is lubricating properly. (MDS- * * * F)
2. There is a possibility of degrading bearing of main spindle and oscillation.
(Periodical replacement is required. It should be reviewed including replacement.)

Lubricating oil is accumulating on the oil tray under the bearing case. (MDS- * * * F)

1. Check if hose of one-touch joint which can be removed during buff replacement is disengaged.
2. Check if one-touch joint has broken.
3. Check if any oil leaks from one-touch couple part which can be removed during buff replacement.
4. Check if any oil leaks caused by degradation of oil seal of bearing case in main spindle.
(Periodical replacement is required. It should be reviewed including replacement.)

Buff is unevenly worn.(MDS- * * * F)
1. Check if back-up bearing is not damaged.
2. Check if conveyor bearing is not damaged.
3. Check if the board slides.
4. Check if any backlash generated to back-up lifting and main spindle lifting.
Occurrence of overloading Error (MDS-* * * FEFBR)
1. Check if inlet sensor at inlet of scrubbing layer operates correctly.
2. Check if sensor to count gear teeth of conveyor roller is operating correctly.
3. Check if timing of scrubbing is out.
4. Check if back-up bearing is not damaged.
5. Please check-the pillow bearing as conveyor shaft bearing so-that those bearing works smoothly without any problems.
By Belt Sander machine, unevenness in scrubbing is four on the scrubbed surface like a black Oxide operation face.
1. Check if contact roller is not abraded.
(Periodical replacement is required. It should be reviewed including replacement.)
2. Check if the surface of conveyor belt is not abraded.
(Periodical replacement is required. It should be reviewed including replacement.)
3. Check if guides resin plate for contact roller is not abraded.
* If no abrasion is found, perform emergency treatment to parallel the belt by polishing conveyor belt with # 80 sandpaper. Surface irregularity of conveyor belt can be fixed.
